Παύλος Σιδηρόπουλος - Εν Κατακλείδι

Rock poet, unconventional, genuine, self-destructive, romantic revolutionary, emblematic figure of the post-political generation, marginal with a conscience, charismatic performer. "In conclusion", Pavlos Sidiropoulos [1948-1990] left early, but left behind something absolutely timeless: songs that resemble confessions and silences that still resonate.

Words are unnecessary to describe the figure of Pavlos Sidiropoulos. One of the most important representatives of the Greek rock music scene with his timeless work playing on loop until today. A biography that only the art of comics could render with such vivacity, through the pen of Konstantinos Sklavenitis and the dreamy script of Elias Katirtzigianoglou.

A comic about the Prince of Greek rock who did not live to be saved, but lived to feel until the end. A work that captures the constant conflict between creation and self-destruction, the light and darkness of a vagabond intellectual who was censored and whose greatest appreciation came posthumously. As Yannis Aggelakas states in his introduction: “Time puts things, values and people in their place and we all know by now that Pavlos Sidiropoulos has Time on his side.”
