We hope you’re happy with what you’ve ordered, but if you do not wish to keep the order please contact us at info@efantasy.gr. Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
Please save the invoice you received with your package. It’s your receipt in case you need to return/exchange your item(s). Once your return has been received please allow 2-7 business days for processing. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible. In order to make the return/exchange we need to receive back at the same condition the item(s).
Please advise exceptions for returns or exchanges. The shipping costs (for shipping and returning the order) are not refundable and in case of exchange or return will burden the customer.
