Products Preorders Guideline

It is possible to pre-order products that you will find marked "Pre-Order".

If there are products in your order that are in pre-order status and you have chosen cash on delivery, partial shipments may be made based on the different release dates. The total shipping costs are only charged on the first shipment (transportation + cash on delivery costs) if the order is under 80 euros. The rest of the shipments are charged only by cash on delivery costs of 2 euros.

 If the order has been paid by card, bank transfer or Paypal then the products will be shipped as soon as all the products in your order are available!

How can I submit my order?

You can order via three simple ways:

3. Via phone call at +302313021171 (Monday - Friday from 14:00 - 21:00)

What are the possible ways of shipping my order?
We ship worldwide using DHL courier service. In Cyprus we also ship via KRONOS Express.
For domestic shipments, we use ELTA Courier, Box Express, Speedex and DHL.
Availability of products

In stock : The products that are in stock can be shipped immediately (handling time: 1-4 days).

 

Preorder : You can add the preorder item in your order and once the item will be available we will ship you immediately. The availability date of the product is indicative and may be changed by the supplier. In any case a possible change will be informed by email.
www.efantasy.gr is not responsible for any cancellations comes up for the Pre-Order items. We do not make automatically partial shipments if you did not choose "Double Shipment", or contact us to arrange an additional shipment.

 

Out of Stock (Available Quantity: 0) : The product is sold-out and you cannot buy it anymore. Nevertheless, if you add it to your wishlist, we will email you upon restocking.

Comics Subscription

You can pre-order any series of Marvel, Dc, IDW, Image, Dark Horse, Titan Comics, Boom Studios you want when announcing it 2 months before its release at a preferential price, while you can also tell us the start of subscription for the current series, here.

Freeshipping

We have the freeshipping option for orders more than 80€ for Greece, more than 100€ for Cyprus and more than 120€ for Europe (with the exception of Malta, Switzerland, Norway and Russia).

Funko POP! condition

All Funko POP! that does not have in properties the condition as NEW, are from private collections.
The conditions Breakdown are:
New = 9-10
Very Good = 6-8
Good = 4-5
Bad = 1-3

Which sticker the Exclusive Funko POP! come with?

Within the product page of all Exlcusive Funko POP! we always mention with which sticker it comes.

Sometimes, the product photo may not contain the correct sticker and this is the reason why you should always check the description.

Where can I sumbit the discount coupon that I have?

By clicking on cart, you can enter the dicount code in the "Coupon" field and click "Submit Coupon".

Wholesale
Regarding wholesale distribution, we can only distribute in Greece and Cyprus for the time being.
However, for EU customers, we can provide a commercial invoice with VAT 0% instead of a retail receipt.

Do you have wishlist?

You can add products in wishlist, in order to save them for future purchase or be notified via email upon restocking.

You can visit your wishlist everytime you log-in, by clicking Profile > Wishlist.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, for orders over 100 euro, you can pay up to 6 installments but only using credit card from a Greek bank.

Do you participate in any bank loyalty program?

Yes, we participate in Eurobank "Epistrofi".

If you pay, using a VISA or MASTERCARD from Eurobank, you earn 2% in return.

Tracing Orders
How am I sure that my order has been submitted?

Upon submition of the order, you will receive a confirmation email.

If you do not see it in your inbox:

- you may have register a wrong email

- the confirmation email is in the spam list.

How can I trace my order status?

If you submitted your order by logging into your account, you can check your order status, here.

If you submitted your order as a guest, you can email us or send us a message in Facebook/Instagram.

When the status of an order changes, we automatically send you an email.

Order Status

The status of the orders are the following:

Waiting for deposit: If you choose "bank deposit/transfer" as payment method, you have to email the transfer receipt. When you do, we will process the order.

Order processing: If all items are available, we will immediately process your order. The average handling time is 1-4 days. 

Sent: When the order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number and the courier link to track your shipment.

Preorder: Your preorder is confirmed

Cancelled: Your order is cancelled. Reasons of cancellation are the incomplete payment, the unavailability of a product, a preorder cancellation and the demand of the customer.

Waiting for pick up: If you chose local pick up, your order is ready. You can pass through to receive your order.

Completed: Your order is completed.

Sent in Crete: If you chose local pick up from Crete store, your order has been shipped in Heraklion, Crete and within 2-3 business days you can receive your order from our store, Smyrnis 13 (center of Heraklion).

Shipping available preordered items / Combining orders

We can ship available items from preorders, upon communication, if the shipping costs can be covered.

Changing / Cancelling / Returning orders
Can I change or cancel my order?

You have the right to change or cancel your order within 24 hours from the order confirmation, by emailing us at info@efantasy.gr. In that case the amount is refunded in your payment method (paypal, credit card, bank deposit).

After one business day, if you choose to cancel your order/preorder, the amount is credited back into your shop account, in the form of store credits, and you can use them within your next purchase.

Return Policy

We hope you’re happy with what you’ve ordered, but if you do not wish to keep the order please contact us at info@efantasy.gr

Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. 

Please save the invoice you received with your package. It’s your receipt in case you need to return/exchange your item(s). Once your return has been received please allow 2-7 business days for processing.

Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible. In order to make the return/exchange we need to receive back at the same condition the item(s). 

Please advise exceptions for returns or exchanges. 

The shipping costs (for shipping and returning the order) are not refundable and in case of exchange or return will burden the customer.

The following products cannot be returned:

- All flash sale or Black Fiday sale items purchased on efantasy.gr are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Single cards of Trading Card Games

- Books and Comics

- Unsealed or used (from customer) products

Missing parts from board games

If you bought a board game, and some parts are missing, please contact us mentioning the board game and which parts are missing and attaching a photo from the receipt. Soon we will reply with the process of replacing the parts.

Return of Comics, Books and Manga

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of Single Cards, Comics, Books and Manga.

Membership Benefits
What are the store credits?

With store credits you can buy everything you want in efantasy.gr!

What are the product points?

When you purchase items, upon shipping/completion of the order, or when you play at the eFantasy.gr tournaments and events, you receive points at eFantasy.gr. Then you can redeem your points to store credits.

The redemption options are:

100 points - 1 euro
200 points - 3 euro
300 points - 5 euro
500 points - 10 euro
1.000 points - 30 euro
3.000 points - 100 euro
10.000 points - 400 euro
15.000 points - 600 euro
40.000 points - 2.000 euro

Member Card priviliges

If you are a member of eFantasy.gr Club, you can earn points through tournaments and purchases, participate to give-aways and exclusive offers and you have priority to Limited Edition products.

How can I get a membership card?

You request the card, when you complete an order, or you can receive it visiting our b&m store, at Iasonisou 13, Thessaloniki.

Member Club Levels

When you register in our site, you automatically become a Bronze Member in eFantasy.gr Club.

By making your orders in our online store and participating in our events and tournaments you can level-up as a Silver of Gold Member.

When you gather in total 10.000 points (and 5.000€+ purchases) you level up at Silver Member and on 15.000 (and 8.000€+ purchases) you level up at Gold Member, even if you have already redeemed them.

In Silver and Gold membership, you earn discounts in particular products and priority in LImited edition collectibles.

It's my birthday and I got a discount coupon code. Are there any redemption requirements?

First of all, let's wish you a very happy birthday!

The coupon code has some conditions for redemption.

These are:

- You must have made at least one order in the last year worth €10 or more
- You must be a member with your date of birth saved
- If the company deems it necessary, the member may be asked for identification information, including the date of birth
- The value of the code concerns the specific member and cannot be transferred to another member
- Voucher must be redeemed within 48 hours of receipt, otherwise it is void

- The value of the order for which the coupon will be redeemed must be at least €20
- Voucher Value is NOT refundable to the customer

- The Voucher Value is redeemed in full if the value of the order is less than the value of the voucher (no balance will be left in your account)
- Order where birthday voucher has been used cannot be cancelled

- ONLY registered customers of the online store have the right to receive the coupon, but at the same time they must also be registered in the Newsletters list

- Codes/gift are sent exclusively to those who verify and save their date of birth at least 36 hours before their birthday
