8. Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges Policy
A) Order Cancellation

B) Returns Due to Incorrect Delivery
The consumer has the right to request a replacement or completion of an order if the delivered product does not match the order in type or quantity, or if a promised feature is missing due to the Company’s fault. The consumer must promptly contact the Company to report the error. The product must be in its original condition (undamaged and with intact packaging). Replacement entails the dispatch of a product of equivalent quality and price, while a refund is only offered if replacement is not possible. In this case, the cost of returning the products to the Company and reshipping to the consumer is borne by the Company, provided the suggested method and location for return are followed.
C) Returns of Defective Products Upon Delivery (DOA)
Returns of products deemed defective upon delivery (DOA) are accepted within 15 calendar days of the invoice issuance, subject to prior consultation with the Company. The product must be undamaged due to consumer actions, accompanied by all original documentation, and in its complete and intact packaging.
In these cases:
• The product is received and inspected for the reported defect.
• If confirmed, the product is replaced with a new identical one, or if unavailable, with a new product of equivalent quality and price. If the consumer does not wish for a replacement, a refund of the original purchase price is provided.
• Refunds are processed in the same method as the original payment.
The shipping costs for both returning the product to the Company and resending a replacement are covered by the Company. If returned products are damaged or incomplete, the Company may seek compensation
D) Return of Non-Defective Products – Right of Withdrawal by the Consumer
According to Greek law n. 2251/1994 on consumer protection, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase agreement within 14 calendar days from the contract's conclusion (for services) or from the delivery of the products. If the order includes multiple products delivered separately, the withdrawal period starts from the delivery of the last product.
Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:
1. Withdrawal is unconditional and without any charge. If the product has already been delivered, the consumer must return it in the exact condition received, including all accessories, accompanying documents, and packaging.
2. The return is only accepted if the buyer has settled all shipping costs incurred by the Company for the product’s delivery and return.
3. The withdrawal declaration must be made in writing or electronically at info@efantasy.gr, and the Company is obligated to confirm receipt of the declaration upon receiving it.
4. Following the withdrawal declaration, the Company must refund the purchase price within 14 days from the product's return.
5. Delivery costs will not be refunded if the consumer chose a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard option offered by the Company.
Specific payment refund terms:
• For credit card payments, the Company will inform the issuing bank to cancel the transaction, and the bank will handle the refund based on its contract with the consumer.
• For cash payments, refunds will be made at the Company's physical store or branch.
• For bank transfer payments, refunds will be made via reverse bank transfer from the Company's accounts to the consumer.
• For cash-on-delivery payments, consumers must contact the Company to arrange the refund method.
The consumer is responsible for compensating the Company if the product is used in a manner beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality. The Company may evaluate the product's depreciation case by case.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-ordered products tailored to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized items (Article 3ib, Paragraph c, Law 2251/1994)
E) Product Exchanges
The consumer may exchange a purchased product for another of equal value from the online store within 15 days of receipt or receive store credit (points). The returned product must be in the exact condition received, including all accessories, documents, and packaging.
The consumer bears the shipping costs for returning and resending products. If the replacement product has a higher value, the consumer must pay the difference. If the replacement product has a lower value, the Company will credit the consumer with the difference in store credits.

F) Special Pre-Orders

If a tournament is canceled, the participation fee will be refunded. However, if a consumer fails to attend a tournament conducted at the scheduled time or its rescheduled date, the participation fee will be refunded as store credits. The Company bears no responsibility for any consumer damage resulting from changes, postponement, or cancellation of tournaments.
Participants are obligated to comply with tournament rules, maintain proper behavior toward other participants and staff, and adhere to necessary health protocols. The Company reserves the right to disqualify participants violating these obligations without refunding their participation fee.
