Board Game Mindbug: Battlefruit Kingdom

Mindbug: Battlefruit Kingdom is a standalone card game for two players, designed by Richard Garfield, Skaff Elias, Marvin Hegen, and Christian Kudahl. In this game, players take on the role of Pineapple Knights fighting against the mighty King Lychee. The objective is to plant fruity and vegetable creatures, protect them from your opponent, and exploit their unique abilities. The game can be played on its own or combined with other Mindbug sets.

This edition introduces the "Harvest" mechanic, allowing players to activate powerful abilities a few turns after deploying a creature. Additionally, the keyword "FAST" is added, enabling certain creatures to attack in the same turn they are played. The game combines the simplicity of a card game with the strategic depth of a complex strategy game, offering a unique tactical duel experience. The game duration is approximately 15-25 minutes and is suitable for ages 8 and up.
