PS5 Game - Armatus

Armatus is an exhilarating third-person roguelite game set in the ruins of a demon-infested Paris. As the last supernatural warrior of an ancient order, equipped with powerful firearms and divine powers, you search for the lost gateway to heaven, known as the Sunless Gate.

The world has collapsed, with demons ruling the once-bustling streets as reality unravels. The remaining survivors, shielded behind sacred barriers, believe they are the last humans alive. Their only hope is you, carving a path through chaos to save them. The remnants of Paris transform into ever more demonic landscapes, inhabited by stronger and more grotesque monsters.

In Armatus, death is not the end. Each time you die, you are reborn to fight again, evolving your combat style with powerful divine abilities and passive boosts. Start strong, armed with a scythe and a weapon of your choice, and continue gaining new powers until you can vanquish your foes. Find your favorite combination of weapons and skills, from submachine guns and shotguns to holy fire and time-slowing abilities, to eliminate every obstacle in your path.

The game supports multiple languages, including Japanese, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Korean, Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, and Polish. The scheduled release date is January 7, 2027.

From Jan. 2028, newly released games on PlayStation will be available for purchase on PlayStation Store and at retailers in digital format only.  Discs for games released before Jan. 2028 can continue to be played on this console.
