PS5 Game - Cotton Reboot! High Tension!

The Cotton Reboot! High Tension! is the thrilling sequel to the beloved "cute 'em up" game, originally released in 2021. In this revamped adventure, the candy-loving witch Cotton and her fairy friend Silk return to face a new threat: the Willows, which have taken human form and are wreaking havoc in the fairy kingdom. Joining them is a new character, Macaron, adding extra depth to the story.

The game offers enhanced graphics and new powerful spells while maintaining the classic charm of the original. A significant addition is the "Over Tension" system, activated by collecting a certain number of items, increasing the game's intensity and challenge. Furthermore, the "Willow Fever" system provides even more action and opportunities for higher scores. The soundtrack is composed by Hiroyuki Kawada and the chiptune band YMCK, delivering a delightful audio backdrop that enhances the gaming experience.

From Jan. 2028, newly released games on PlayStation will be available for purchase on PlayStation Store and at retailers in digital format only.  Discs for games released before Jan. 2028 can continue to be played on this console.
