PS5 Game - Starfield

Starfield, the highly anticipated sci-fi role-playing game from Bethesda Game Studios, is now available for PlayStation 5 as of April 7, 2026. In this epic adventure, players join the Constellation team, the last group of space explorers, on a mission to search for rare artifacts across the galaxy. Explore over 1,000 planets, navigate bustling cities, delve into dangerous bases, and traverse wild landscapes, crafting your own character and determining your fate in Bethesda's largest and most ambitious game.

The PS5 version fully utilizes the capabilities of the DualSense controller, offering adaptive triggers that give each weapon a unique feel, lighting that responds to your character's health status, and the use of the touchpad for quick menu and feature access. Additionally, the game supports two visual modes on the PS5 Pro: the Pro Visual Mode, offering 4K resolution targeting 30 frames per second, and the Pro Performance Mode, aiming for 60 frames per second for a smoother experience. Alongside the PS5 release, the free "Free Lanes" update and the story DLC "Terran Armada" are available, adding new missions, locations, and technologies to enrich your space adventure.

From Jan. 2028, newly released games on PlayStation will be available for purchase on PlayStation Store and at retailers in digital format only.  Discs for games released before Jan. 2028 can continue to be played on this console.
