Experience the revival of the classic action game with the PlayStation 5 Game - City Hunter - Collector Edition. Based on the original SUNSOFT game released in 1990 for the PC Engine, this revamped edition invites you to embody Ryo Saeba, Tokyo's famed "sweeper," in a new adventure against a dark corporation threatening the world.
The Collector's Edition includes:
- The full game in a collectible box
- A sleek steelbook
- The original soundtrack
- An acrylic stand featuring characters Ryo, Kaori (with her hammer), Saeko, and Umibozu in chibi form
Enjoy enhancements like the new Hard and Enhanced Modes, multilingual support, and additional features such as Rewind, Save States, and CRT filter. Additionally, the iconic song "Get Wild" by TM Network has been included as a tribute to the original anime. The release of the Collector's Edition is anticipated on September 17, 2026.
From Jan. 2028, newly released games on PlayStation
will be available for purchase on PlayStation Store and at
retailers in digital format only. Discs for games
released before Jan. 2028 can continue to be played on this
