Founded in 1999, Diamond Select Toys emerged as a division of Diamond Comics, the largest comic book distributor in the USA, to operate in the collectibles market, increasingly linked to the universe of comic books and pop culture. Statue derived from the so-called "GamerVerse" of Spider-Man, inspired by the look of Spider-Noir from the arachnid hero's highly successful video game released by Sony for PS4. Since its origins, jokes and good humor have been hallmarks of the classic version of the arachnid hero, but not in the alternative Noir version. With a darker side, in his universe he operates during the so-called "Great Depression" in the USA, an economic crisis that almost destroyed the country between 1929 and 1939. With the same powers as Peter Parker from the main Earth in the Spider-Verse, his difference is producing and launching webs straight from your wrists. Noir does not care about the well-being of his enemies, and he seeks revenge for the deaths of his uncle Ben and his mentor Ben Ulrich at the hands of Norman Osborn.
