• Card Management:The game includes 128 cards divided into five types, which are drawn and played primarily randomly. At the beginning of each turn, players may discard up to three cards and draw new ones to maintain their hand limit.
• Five Action Choices:
• Players select one of five available actions during each round: Development, Intrigue, Conquest, War, or Taxation.
• Actions cannot be repeated consecutively, requiring players to strategize and adapt their choices carefully.
• Civilization Development: Players must develop their empires across various domains, such as economy, society, culture, military, and navy, while balancing wars and diplomatic relations.
