The Lata Board Game transports you to the peak of the Portuguese canning industry during the 1950s. As managers of local factories, players are tasked with producing and trading the famous sardine and mackerel cans, utilizing raw materials such as fish, tomatoes, and olive oil. Over six rounds, you must carefully manage your actions, engage in auctions for the best raw materials, and deliver your products to the most profitable markets.

The game incorporates mechanics like action points, area majority, and contracts, offering a strategic experience for 1 to 4 players, aged 8 and up, with a playtime ranging from 20 to 45 minutes. Lata is the second game in the "Quinas Collection" series, following the success of "Café". Designed by Costa and Rôla, with illustrations by Marina Costa, the game provides a unique insight into the history of Portuguese canning, blending historical elements with fun gameplay.
