Board Game Recall

The Recall is a deeply strategic board game from the creators of Revive, focusing on mechanics development and exploration. Each player starts with one of the fourteen unique tribes and one of the eighteen unique gadgets, which significantly impact strategy and opportunities. Throughout the game, you will lead your tribe, explore lands, and discover traces of ancient civilizations to learn from them.

During your turn, you can either use a key card to activate an action box or recall to produce resources and retrieve your key cards. Using a key card activates the abilities of the card itself and the effects of the chosen action box, determining the actions you can perform: colonize lands, move your followers, explore new areas, and build workshops, vaults, or monuments. Throughout the game, you will enhance your tribe by acquiring new key cards, upgrading your action boxes, or collecting skill stones and relics.

A critical part of the game is searching archaeological sites for traces of ancient civilizations. These sites unlock access to abilities and gadgets of ancient tribes, as well as significant scoring opportunities. Three times during the game, players must choose between two paths, with the chosen path providing an immediate bonus and enhancing one of the end-game scoring categories. Using the optional digital companion website, players can archive their tribes at the end of the game, making them discoverable as ancient civilizations in other players' games.

The game is designed for 1 to 4 players, aged 14 and up, with a playtime of approximately 90 minutes. The game language is English.
