Board Game Naishi

Naishi is a strategic card game for two players, set in the heart of the Imperial Court of Japan. Your goal is to expand your province by acquiring new structures and influential characters, thereby increasing your prestige. However, the Shogun's law is strict and prohibits the free reorganization of your cards, making every decision critical to your success.

The game offers fast, strategic, and thematic gameplay. Develop your domain with cards from the "River," placing them in the same relative position in your hand or line. You can never freely reorganize your cards, either in your hand or on your board. Place Ninja, Ronin, Torii, Rice Fields, and the elusive Naishi to create the highest-scoring imperial court in Japan. Send your envoys to the imperial court to swap card positions or force the opponent into an exchange. Scoring points stem from each character's unique ability and position on your board.

Naishi includes: 16 Mountain Cards, 34 Development Cards, 1 Imperial Court Board, 4 Envoy Tokens, 1 First Player Marker, 4 Player Aids, 1 Score Pad, and 1 Rulebook. It is suitable for 2 players, ages 14 and up, with an average gameplay duration of 20 minutes.
