The small town of Hawkins, Indiana, is once again at the center of a supernatural conflict. Vecna has escaped the lab and grows stronger each day, slowly but steadily taking control of Hawkins. With chaos reigning in the streets, four groups have emerged, all sharing a common goal: to prevent Vecna from reaching the Creel House. Although these groups share the same purpose, their personal intentions to stop Vecna vary greatly—from noble to sinister.

The good people of Hawkins, for whom their town has turned into a circus of chaos and destruction, have formed two groups—the cool-headed adults and the clever and brave children—intending to stop and destroy Vecna once and for all. Both the Soviet Army and the American Army want to capture Vecna and exploit his powers as a weapon—certainly a weapon they would use against each other. This special edition of RISK lets you decide the fate of Hawkins. Choose to play as the law-abiding good residents of Hawkins or as the chaotic villains of the American and Soviet armies.
