Balconia is a light, strategic game for two players, where participants build an apartment complex by placing blocks on a 5x5 grid. The goal is to satisfy the preferences of the quirky tenants, who love flowers, cats, or peace. Players earn points by placing blocks to meet the requirements of the balconies that face them.

Each round, a player selects a building block and determines which two sides will be available for scoring. The other player chooses one of these sides and places the block on the grid, ensuring it is adjacent to previously placed blocks. Players alternate roles, strategically aligning scoring elements on their side of the building while limiting their opponent's options. The game ends when all 15 blocks are placed, and the player with the most points wins.
