Gameplay Overview:

• Setup: Place the nine Flags in a line between the two players. Each player receives a hand of seven Troop cards.
• Turn Sequence: Players take turns, choosing to play a Troop card or a Tactics card. Troop cards are placed adjacent to Flags to form formations, while Tactics cards can alter the state of play.
• Claiming Flags: A player can claim a Flag if their formation is superior to the opponent's adjacent formation. The first player to claim five Flags or three adjacent Flags wins the game.
