Golem is a strategic engine-building board game designed for 1 to 4 players aged 14 and above. Set in 16th-century Prague, players assume the roles of kabbalists who create and control golems—powerful clay creatures—while striving to prevent them from becoming uncontrollable and causing destruction.

Gameplay Overview:

• Action Phase: Perform actions by selecting marbles from the dispenser, which correspond to different actions such as creating golems, casting spells, or acquiring artifacts.
• Turn Order Phase: Determine the order of play for the next round.
• Influence Character Phase: Gain favors from influential characters in Prague.
• Income and Development Phase: Collect resources and advance on personal development tracks.
• Golem Control Phase: Ensure golems are under control; otherwise, they may cause destruction.

Players must balance the creation and enhancement of their golems with the need to keep them under control to avoid penalties. Strategic planning and resource management are crucial for success.
