Board Game Magna Roma

The Roman emperor calls upon you to execute his grand plans for expansion. Your mission is to establish the new great Roman city and bring glory to the Roman Empire! In "Magna Roma", a tile-placement and city-building board game for 1-4 players, you are tasked with carefully designing your city, linking neighborhoods in a way that yields precious resources. Invest coins and use the population to erect magnificent monuments, send legions to conquer distant areas for the emperor, produce valuable luxury goods to score points, and gain the favor of the gods to enhance your city. Glory is in your hands!

In "Magna Roma", the objective is to accumulate the most points by the end of the game by building your city in the most efficient way. Players place city tiles on a 5x5 grid, connecting new tiles with existing ones. Connections between tiles generate resources such as coins, population, legions, faith, or luxury goods, depending on the symbols formed. Connecting same-color shapes yields double resources. With these resources, players can construct monuments, acquire luxury goods, earn the gods’ favor, or conquer new provinces, all aiming to gather the most points and build the greatest Roman city ever!
