Nevermore

"Nevermore" is a strategic card-drafting game inspired by Edgar Allan Poe's poem "The Raven." Designed for 3 to 6 players aged 14 and up, it offers a blend of tactical decision-making and thematic depth. The game typically lasts between 45 to 60 minutes.

Gameplay Overview:

• Objective: Achieve 6 victory points or be the last human player remaining.
• Card Drafting: Players receive a hand of 5 cards and engage in a three-phase drafting process:
• Pass 3 cards to the left.
• Pass 2 cards to the left.
• Pass 1 card to the left.
• Suit Powers: Each suit grants specific abilities:
• Attack: Deal damage to opponents.
  Healing: Restore health points.
• Radiance: Draw Light Magick cards.
• Victory: Gain victory points.
• Skulking Ravens: Draw Shadow Magick cards.
• Raven Transformation: If a player's health reaches zero, they transform into a raven, losing the ability to attack, heal, or score points. Ravens can return to human form by collecting specific card combinations.

Components:

• Cards: 110 cards, including 60 Main Deck cards, 25 Light Magick cards, and 25 Shadow Magick cards.
• Tokens: 60 wooden cubes representing health and victory points.
• Additional Tokens: 13 tokens for various game functions.
• Direction Marker: Indicates the card-passing direction.
