Setup:
- Each player selects a corporation and receives the corresponding starting deck, including 7 Clerks, 3 Union Workers, and a Mining Platform card.
- Shuffle the central labor and design pool decks and place them within reach.

- Set up player boards and resource trackers.
Game Play:
- Turns: Players take turns playing employee cards to gain resources, acquire new cards, construct buildings, and deploy units.

Endgame: The game concludes when the Mining Pool is exhausted.
