The standard edition consists of 2 discs and the first 13 episodes of the series, as well as the opening and ending songs without credits, and behind-the-scenes dubbing material.

The package also includes 6 small posters, Yushiro’s amulet, and a collectible printed encyclopedia with character sketches and interviews with the Japanese creators.

It is the Taishō period in Japan. Tanjiro, a kind-hearted boy who sells charcoal to make a living, finds his family slaughtered by a demon. As if that were not enough, his younger sister, Nezuko, the only survivor, has been transformed into a demon. Although devastated by this new reality, Tanjiro decides to become a Demon Slayer to find a way to turn his sister back into a human and to kill the demon who massacred his family.
