The current general rules of function and use of th website are legally binding rulesabided by and imposed by th company through the provisions of services to the users of the eshop www.efantasy.gr. The current terms of use are completely compatible with the current national community law and international law (Greek and EU legislation) and if users of the website do not confront with these rules, the copany is not responsble for anythig concernig any artificial or natural person.

Every user who uses the company's eshop (hereinafter called "visitor" or/and "user" or/and "consumer" depending on the fact that he visits the website as a visitor or is registed as a user or makes an order and a purchase of products/services) is obliged to read carefully the term of use before visiting the website or using the website/services. In case, the visitr/user does not confront with the terms of use, h has the right not to consent and stop browsing the website. Otherwise, with the acceptance of the rules and continuing its use, it is presumed that he knows, understands and accepts unreservedly all he follwing rules that are mentioned below

However, the company does not guarantee and is not responsible for the accuracy, plenitude, correctness, up to date, clarity, adequacy, availability or genuity of the information. Hence, the company, in good faith is not responsble and restricted by mistaken data entry and data should be corrected whenever it is noticed.

The webiste contains data, images and necessary information in order to lead and ease the visitor/user during the sale of a product through the eshop as well as to consult and notify about its services. These data are updated continuously. However, there is a chance to be altered for specific purchases or legal reasons. The company can act unilaterally and in its absolute decision to changes of products or their traits that are described on thw website at any time and without previous notification. In this case, the company is not responsible towards the visitor/user or/and other people.

The copany evades any responsibility for any occured damage directly or indirectly, rndomly or by coincidence or in any other related way with the access or use of the website. The cotent of the page is as it is appeared and thecompany does not guarantee, covenant or not, related to the adequacy, crrectness, current affairs, marketability , non infringement or suitability of the website's content for any use or aim.

The company , under any cirmustances including the case of negligence, is not rersponsible for any damage the visitor/user of the eshop has, of the newsletter, of the choices and the content or a third person with a functional or not related reason of use the website or to inadequacy of offering our services, products or information as well as in case of non peritting invasion of third parties to products, services or information that are available through eshop.

In addition, the company does not guarantee thatthe webpage , the options and the content will be available without disruptions or faults, the faults will be crrected or answers will be givn to questions. Similarly, the company is not committted to the fact that the website or any other related website or server through which the content is available to the visitors/users without any viruses or any logistic damage. All the content of the eshop, with the above exceptions ( (intellectual property rights of third parties) whih contains discreet titles, signs, images, graphics, photos, desighs, etc. (hereinafter content) part of intellectual property of the company and is protected by the national community law and international law. The use of the eshop does not provide license or right of use to third parties.  The company retains all the intellectual rights related to th contntand the copies that aremade on the basis of that.

The reproductioncopy, save, sale, tnsmission, delivery, publication, enforcement, download, translation, adjustment in any way, partly or summarily without previous register and consent of the company. The company informs to undergo to civil, administrative and criminal legal actions against any personwho does not follow therules related to the use and the company's intellectual property.

The website contains links to the wesites which are retained by third parties and it can make use of signs without arrogating the intellectual property. In particular, on the website, there are external links for the social media websites (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube). In no way, the company does not cooperate or is linked in any way with social media websites.

The company under circumstances referred in this website and all thapplicable laws and regulations, grants discharge to visitors/users a  non exclusive, non transferable, personal, restricted acess right, use and presentation of this website and its content.

The user is culpable to abstain from any act, which limits or prevents others to use the website or/ and aims to load, erode, alter, pause, destroy or dysfunction the website. Additionally, the user is responsible to abstain from any illegal, unfair act using the website.

The user accounts for any damaged caused to the company which derives form his acts or omisisons and breaches his responibilities according to the inforce legislation and the present terms of use, including the cases of disputes of the company as well as cases in which the company will be obliged to pay out fines or compensation to others due to the user's infringement reseving the company's right to act against the user.

The eshop www.efantasy.gr provides access to links. These links are located exclusively to the visitor/user of the eshop, the use o the links are not mandatory and the fact that appear on he website does not imply  that the compny approves or accepts the content. Links are not supervsed by the company and are abided by the corresponding terms of use and private policy of the links. Our company in no way does not accept the content or the services of the company or is linked to this in any way. Consequently, the compny has noresponsibility related tothe conten and function of the links.

 

 

8. Cancellation Policy - Returns - Changes

A) Cancellation of Order

The consumer can cancel the order from the eshop within 24 hours from the tim the order is made.  The cancellation of the order can be gulfilled via phone , helpdesk service (+302313021171), or via email info@efantasy.gr.

 

B) Returns of Products due to Incorrect Delivery

The consumer can ask for replacement of the product or completion in case the product delivered and received is not equivalent to the quality and quantity to the order or lacks due to the comany's fault. The consumer should contact directly with the company notifying the incorrect delivery. Vital prerequisite is the products to be in the condition they were received (without damages and unpacked). The replacement is for th delivery of products comparable to quality and price whlie the refund is given in cases that this is not feasible. In case of refund, the costs of return of products to the company along with the costs of resending the products to the consumer will be deducted to the company only if the location and type of delivery is served as the company suggests.

 

C) Return of Defective Delivery Products (DOA)

The return of products that are defective at the delivery (DOA) will be received within fifteen (15) days from the date of the invoice with the receipt under agreement with the company. Simultaneously, the produt should be in the same condition without any damage or alteration and be acompanied by the original copies (receipt, invoice). Inthese casess, the following procedures are issued:

• The product is collected and checked in order to notice the flaw of the product.
• Under the circumstances that it is collected and checked by the company, the product will be replaced with a new product and in case of non availability, a refund will begiven to the consumer. The refund process is undertaken in the same payment method.
• Specially, in case of tranaction via credit card, the company should inofrm the Bank of the tansaction for the cancellation of tansaction and the bank should undego any deed foeseen according to the agreement signed with the consumer without company's responibility. Being notified, the company is not responsible for the time or way of th reversal regulated by the existing agreement. In case of cash payment, if the consumer selects the option "collect by the shop", the refund will be given by our company's store located in 13 , Iasonidou Leonida or by our branch (Muniipalty of Herakleion, 13 Smirnis St.). In case of deposit to a bank account or via paypal, a reversed deposit will be undertaken by the company to the customer. In case of cash on delivery payment, the consumer shoud contact the company in order to choose the way the refund will be given either by the shop or via bank transaction.
• The costs of delivery for the return of the products to the company as well as for the refoulement of the product to the consumer are paid by the company.
• In case the products are returned destroyed or deficient, the company has the right to ask for a refund from the consumer, the amount of which will be defined by the condition the product is returned and undergoes partly or fully to compensation of its demand against the consumer.

 

D) Return of Non-defective Products - Clients' Unjustified Resign

The consumer in compliance with the legal framework of Law 2251/1994, as in force in Greek and Community Legislation for the protection of the consumer, has the right  to resign from the agreement of order within a period of 14 days form the date of th order or from the date of the delivery and in case there is a large amount of products in the same order from the delivery of the last piece while when there is delivery on a regular basis, from the delivery of the first item. The resignation is occured in the following presuppositions:

• The resignation is unjustified and without charge and if the product has already been delivered, the consumer is obliged to return the product in the same condition he received it, with all its parts, manuals which acompany it and is package in good condition. The return of the product is accepted only if the buyer has paid fully the amount that the company is bargained for the delivery as wells as the costs of the delivery for the return.
• The form of resignaton is completed fully in print or elecronically via email info@efantasy.gr and the company is responsible to send confirmation of the received form of resignation.
• With the completion of the for of resignation, the company is obliged to give back the received amount within 14 days from the delivery of the product.
• The costs of delivery and the costs of return are not refundable.
• Specially, in cases of debit credit card, th company is obliged to inform the Bank for the cancellation of the transaction and the Bank undegoes any vital deed abided by the agreeement without the company's responsibility. . Being notified, the company is not responsible for the time or way of th reversal regulated by the existing agreement. • The consumer is responsible to refund the company in case he make use of the product until the form of resignation. Checking the condition and function of the product as well as the supplementary information that the ompany offers without the unpackanging of the product. The company is willing to inform the customer for any question related to the products providing further material electronically or in another way. In case of unpackaging of the product and use, the price of the product is decreased as the product is then characterised as reused and the customer has to pay a refund to the company for this decrease of the price of the product. he decrease of the price after the unpackaging and the characterisation as reused is examined in each case and determined by the company. The company has the right to compensate with the customer even in bilatral resolution.
• In case the poducts are returned destroyed or deficient, the company has the rght to ask for compensation from the customer, the amount of which is defied by the condition of the products returned and undergoes partly or fully to compensation of its demand against the consumer.
• The right of resignation is not valid for special orders of products that the company is supplied under the requirements of the consumer ore preorders (Article 3ib, paragraph c', number 2251/1994).

 

E) Changes of products

The consumer has the right to change the product with different products of the eshop in equivalent value within fortnight (15 days) of the delivery or with  equivalent store credits of the eshop. The consumer is obliged to return the prduct in the same condition he receved it, with its parts and manuals accompanied. The company reserves the right to reject the change of products if the consumer does not srne the above obligations.

The costs of refoulement of theproducts are bargained exclusively by the consumer. In case of change with more expensive products, the consumer pays the difference in price. In sase of change with cheapest products, the company pays the difference in cost by store credits of the eshop.

F) Pre-orders

The consumer can cancel every specal pre order of the eshop within 24 hours. The cancellation can occur via phone, helpdesk service (+302313021171), or via email info@efantasy.gr

After the due date of the special pre order, the company will not accept the cancellation of the pre order and is not responsible to pay the refund. The company resrves the right to withhold the deposit regardless of the consumer's refusal to receive the product.

 

G) Black Friday Offers / Flash Sales

The consumer is not allowed to cancel, change or return the products purchased on Black Friday (the final week of November) and the Flash Sales that are announced every Wednesday.

 

 

9.Methods of Orders

A) User Account

The visitor of the website, having the capacity to perform legal acts, has the ability to order products offered for purchase by distance presented on the website acording to the terms of use and order procedure. For the order of a product, th isitor should give his personal details at the completion of the order as as visitor or regster in www.efatasy.gr as a user, or lg in as a user via Fcebook account. During the registration, the user sets two codes for his identification: username and password,which provide him access with absolute safety in his account. Moreover, both the visitor and the user should consent to give: a) true, accurate data for the access and b) in case of creating an account to manintain and notify the data of registry true, accurate and valid. For the agreement, the data used in the website are necessaryand if the consumer denies providing them to www.efantasy.gr or the data provided are not valid, the agreement is not valid and he anot make his order.

The members/users are exclusively responsible for all the deeds enacted with the user account. The members/users consent to notify the adminitrators of the eshop for any unauthorised use of the account or for safety reasons. In addition, the members/users are exlusively culpable of the use of their account and thir log out. The company isnot responsible for any loss or damage occured y the members' negligence.

 

B) Prerequisites of order

The visitor/ user of the eshop have the possibility of concluding a valid order through the e-shop, if they are legally competent in compliance with the articles of the Greek Civil Code. However, the company cannot always check the customer's oersinal data in most orders and for this reason, the company isnot responsible for loss of legal capacity. All he orders of th eshop are compatible with th Greek Civil Law ameded by the European Instrutions related to eshop contract law. The fulfillent of an order has as a prerequisite the following:

• the completon of personal data form for the order as a visitor/user
• theacceptace of the terms of the order for the product,quality, the price and expenses, the transaction method, time and place of delivery.
• the consent to terms of use and privacy policy

The process of order works as follows: the consumer finds he products that heis interested in via searching mechansms of the eshop or from different thmatic product websites and elects thm to "ADD TO CART" that is in each product with which he has the opportunity adding products to "cart"  that he is interested in. When he adds the products to cart via SHOW CART he can move to cart where he is proided with completion of order wich contains all the products added to the basket, the price and the cost of delivery. If he wishes to continue theorder, he chooses one of the ways to enter: REGISTER to register with his account, REGISTER VIA FACEBOOK to register via facebook account or CONTINUE AS A VISITOR to make the order without logging in. Next, the cosnumer cchooses the delivery address, the delivery and payment method and issuing a receipt or invoice for his transaction. Then ,if he followsh link CONTINUE the vistor/user goes to the preview page of the order in which there all the products of th cart, the prces and  cost of delivery. The consumer following the option COMPLETION OF ORDER  makes the order in the final format, consents to the terms and the company otifis him about the submission of the order.

With the submission of th order, the cosnumer/user consents fully or partly that products are available and products are sent to them.

The order of products by third parties  using the user account is forbidden even in the case the memeber/user whose account is used ,consents to it.

In any case, responsible for the thepayment is the member/user whose user account is used for the order. The sameoccurs in case the user account is used by another person or third parties in order to make an order.

 

C) Prices

The prices reffred to in the website are in eyro currency and contain VAT  and all the related taxes. The prices may change without any notification.

The compay tries to update the prices and be accurte in th eshop but it cannot guaratee for any fault. In case, there is a faul in price of a product, th customr will have the chance to either buy  the product in the correct price or cancel the order.

 

10. Payment Methods

The transactions are always undertaken  in Euros (€). For purchases above 100€, he company provides the consumer the ability to pay in frree installments. The consumer decides how many installments he wants to pay the total amount, wth the mximul limit of 6 free installments. The payment of the orders can be in the following ways:

• cash on delivery payment ( with an authorised courier)
• prepayment via paypal or credit card
• cash , by receiving the product from a shop or branch of th company
• deposit to a bank account

11. Transactional Safety

 The codes used to recognise th user are: username and password, which every time they are used, provide safe access to personal data.  The user can change password as often as he wants. The only person having access to data is himself with the use of the above codes and h is responsible for reserving hem safe form other people. In case of loss, the usr should inform the company otherwise the eshop www.efantasy.gr is not responible for the use of the codes. It is recommended  to renew your passwords on regular basis and use passwords not easli to be accessed (e.g dateof birth)

The company uses the protocl SSL for the eshop, for safe online transactions. In this way, all ththe persaonal data of the vistior/user, icludind credit card number, name, address, are encrypted so as not to be read or alterd trohugh their transfer on Intrnet. TSSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol is currently the global standard on the Internet for authenticating websites to web users and for encrypting data between network users and web servers. An encrypted SSL communication requires that all information sent between a client and a server be encrypted by the sending software and decrypted by the receiving software, thus protecting personal information during their transfer. 12. Reward Points

Our eshop adopts a reward method for the registered users through a system of selection and redemption of points.

In each purchase, the user exfoliates certain points which can redempt through a gift voucher for exclusive use to the company's stores. The credits that each purchase provides are indicated in the descriptive page of the product whereas the users can see the total amount of their credits or redeem them. The analogy between the store credits and the amount of the gift voucher is shown in a special board on the eshop's website for every user. The company reserves the right to change the terms of redemption, hence the credits offered by every product, the analogy of store credit and gift vouchers as well as the whole reward system, without being obliged to inform the users beforehand. The company has no responsibility for any user's damage or alteration of the terms pf the reward system.

 

 

13. Abuse of Discounts and of the Reward System

If any abuse of our Reward System and/or flash sales and/or other eFantasy.gr discounts is noticed for profit-making purposes , any order may be canceled without notice.

In addition, for repeated violations of the terms set above, eFantasy.gr reserves the right to temporarily or permanently block any user, in order to avoid unequal treatment of our customers.

 

 

14. Shipping Methods

Our eshop provides customers with different methods of shipping of their order. The corresponding cost of order shipping is notified to the consumers thogh the the process of choosing the shipping method. The delivery of products after the confirmation of availaibilty is immediate and can occur in the following ways: delivery of the order through the cooperating transport company or courier. Delivery of the order from the main branch of the company (Municipality of Thessaloniki, 13 Iasonidou Leonida St) or from or headquarter (Municipality of Herakleion, 13 Smirnis St.).

 

 

15. Tournament Competition

The company organises in special configurated places of its shops board games tournament that they sell. The terms of participation, the timetable and the dates of the tournament are announced on the website of the eshop.

The company reserves the right to undergo at any time to alterations of the terms of participation, the timetable andthe dates of the tournament, cancellation or postponement without being obligd to inform users beforehand. The company can alter the non cash prizes that are offered for the participation or victory of the tournament. The company reserves the right to suspend or cancel th tournament that are organised on an regular basis for a period of time, due to lackof participation withoutbeing obliged to refund the cost of participation.

In case of tournament's cancellation, the company returns the cost of participation to the consumer for his participation. in case the consumer does not participate in the tournament which took place either in the planned dae and time or at a different time,the company returns the amount to the consumer with store credits of the eshop. The company is not responsble for any damage provoked to the user by he alteraiton of terms, the cancellation r postponement of tournament.

The consumer who participates in tournament complies with the rules of the tournament as they appearon the website of the eshop and feasible alterations.Simultaneously, it is obliged to take all the necessary treatment measures and behanve politely to the participants and the company's stuff. The company reserves the right to expel  any participant from the tournament in case of violation without refunding the amount of participation.

 

 

16. Newsletter Service

The company provides the users of the websites the possibilty of registry to the newsletter via email or phone related to the products sold by our company and for special special offers, in case they want to benefit from this service. Newsletters of the company are compatible with the terms of email delivery. Reference to the terms of use of the newsletter is provided in privacy policy.

The company is not responsible of belated or non delivery of emails. For the use of this service, it is suggested that the user should include the email delivery newsletter@efantasy.gr on the safe list of the email and check on regular basis spam folder.

Newsletter service is not bound to misuse. In any case, the user  can ask to be deleted from advertised emails contacting the copany via email (info@efantasy.gr) or helpdesk service (+302313021171).

 

 

17. Applicable Law

The current  is a total agrreemet between the company and the visitor/user of the eshop and is not bound to others than those. No amendments of the terms will be taken into account and will not be part of this agreeement, if it is not clarified in print and if it snot embodied in the agreement.

For any occuring difference arising from the use of services or any other reason between the user and the company, Greek civil Law is applicable and courts of Thessaloniki has jurisdiction.
