Unfortunately, we are not able at the moment to perform wholesale distribution outside of Greece and Cyprus, due to other professional agreements in place. However, for EU customers, we can provide a commercial invoice with 0% VAT instead of the normal retail receipt. In addition, we can offer free shipping costs for all invoices higher than 120€ in an effort to build a stronger relationship. Last but not least, we give you the advantage of using our loyalty program, a 5% cash back program that allows you to collect points for every order that you place. Later on, you may redeem these points in store credits once you have reached certain milestones.

In order to become a B2B customer and enjoy the privileges that we offer, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our Wholesale Department at c.bachtsevani@efantasy.gr in order to create a complete customer card of your company and to receive personalised information regarding the product categories that interest you the most.
2. Afterwards, you may place your orders as usual on our website (we note that only payment via Bank Transfer can be accepted for invoicing purposes).
3. Personal communication with our Wholesale Department will always follow, as we will need to issue a commercial invoice before you proceed to payment via Bank Transfer.
